I've never even received a notification about new tickets or anything of the sort. I have to ask what the point of this app is at the moment. While desktop browser works fine, the Jitbit Helpdesk app is absolutely frustrating. - Search function completely broken - Autopopulates reply field with "undefined" on new ticket, thus having to press for a cursor, then delete text - When opening ticket from Android Notifications, app always loads blank white page and have to swipe to clear - When using via Chrome, pressures you to use broken Jitbit app. Edit: Year later, still broke, no update."
